How is a model priced?
One model-pricing unit and one project credit each cover 500 sqft. On Pro Flex, Instant Sketch is $30 per 500 sqft and Photo-Based Capture is $60 per 500 sqft. A 1,000 sqft project is $60 with Instant Sketch or $120 with Photo-Based Capture.
Do I need a LiDAR device?
No. SnapShot and Photo-Based Capture work on supported smartphones. Instant Sketch requires a LiDAR-equipped Apple device running iOS or iPadOS 17+.
What outputs are included?
SnapShot includes guided photos, a report/export, and shareable documentation. Both Detailed 3D methods produce a 3D model, interior floor plans, the Professional Measurement Report, and Xactimate/Cotality estimating exports. Floor plans, the Professional Measurement Report, and estimating exports require Detailed 3D.
What happens after the free trial?
Seat licenses are waived for 30 days, and your first $120 of model charges is covered by the included credits. That is 2,000 SF of Instant Sketch scanning, or 1,000 SF with Photo-Based Capture. Once those credits are used, models bill at $30 or $60 per 500 SF as you run them. Seat licenses start at $19.99 per user the month after your trial ends.
